Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of https://froxit.bd, including creating an account and placing an order. Individual client engagements are governed by the signed proposal for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.

Placing an order is not a contract yet

Ordering a package through this site is a request, not a binding agreement. No payment is taken at that point. We confirm scope, timeline and price in writing first. Work starts — and payment becomes due — only once both sides have agreed that proposal.

We may decline an order. If we do, we say why.

Prices

Prices shown as "Custom" mean exactly that: the real figure depends on scope and is quoted after we understand what you need. Any figure shown on this site is indicative and excludes VAT. Advertising spend is billed directly to your own accounts and is never marked up by us.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for anything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. Do not create an account using someone else's identity.

The free audit tool

The audit tool reads a single public web page and reports what it finds. It is offered as-is, for guidance. It does not crawl an entire site, and it does not include backlink or keyword data. Only submit addresses you own or are authorised to test. We rate-limit the tool and block private network addresses.

What we deliver, and what we do not promise

We commit to the deliverables written in your proposal, on the timeline agreed there. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or revenue — no honest agency can, because search engines and ad platforms are outside anyone's control. Any figures we show as past results are exactly that: past results for other clients, not a forecast for yours.

Who owns what

On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you: code, designs, content and campaign assets. Domains, hosting and advertising accounts stay in your name throughout. We keep ownership of our own internal tooling and of anything we built before your engagement.

Unless you ask us not to, we may reference your company name and describe the work in our portfolio.

What we need from you

Projects stall when access, content or approvals are late. You agree to provide the access and feedback the proposal identifies, and to give one named decision-maker who can approve work.

Cancelling

You can cancel a pending order from your dashboard before we have accepted it, at no cost. Once a proposal is signed, cancellation terms are those written into it. Retainers run month to month after the first three months.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction.
