Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Froxit Digital Marketing Solution does with personal data collected through https://froxit.bd. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.
Who we are
Froxit Digital Marketing Solution is a digital marketing and web development agency based at Level 5, Bijoy Sarani, Dhaka 1215, Bangladesh. For anything in this policy, write to hello@froxit.bd.
What we collect
We collect only what a specific feature needs to work:
- Contact form — your name, email, phone, and optionally company, service interest, budget and your message.
- Account registration — your name, email, a hashed password, and optionally phone and company.
- Orders — the package you chose and the brief you write, including any website address you give us.
- Website audit tool — the URL you submit. We fetch that page and analyse it. We do not store the URL or the report.
- Server logs — standard request data such as IP address and browser, kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a contact form — you get a reply about your enquiry, and nothing else unless you ask.
Your password is stored only as a bcrypt hash. Nobody at Froxit can read it, including us.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We rely on your consent when you submit a form or create an account, and on legitimate interest for security logging and for replying to a business enquiry you started.
How long we keep it
- Contact enquiries — up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Customer accounts and orders — for as long as your account exists, plus any period we are legally required to keep financial records.
- Server logs — as retained by our hosting provider, typically 30 days.
Who else sees it
A small number of processors we depend on to run the service: our hosting provider, our database host, and our email provider. Where we run analytics or advertising platforms on your behalf as a client, that is covered by the agreement for that engagement, not by this policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@froxit.bd and we will act within 30 days. You can edit your own name, phone and company at any time from your dashboard.
Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are signed and HTTP-only. The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, for account holders, say so by email.
